This song is amazing. A lot of people don't get enough knowledge on the National Guard. We are misunderstood, and thought as just a group that stays on American Soil. To those that think so, read the paper, and learn you history.

So yeah, this song I heard in Scotland, sung by the Scotish Tenors. THe scottish version of the Irish Tenors. They sang this song kilts and all...the best part of this video is the appearence of Mr. Depp and how HILARIOUS the singers are...yes that is what they really look like...not to mention this is the pathetic excuse for a love song...still touching though. :-)

Dang, one door closes, another opens

Well, today I heard some of the greatest news in my college career. Now that I am a Civilian student, Previous to today, I wasn't able to do ROTC and later commission. Now, I found out that I can do ROTC at another college.Which means I can still commission as a 2nd LT.

Anyway, one of my acquaintances, asked how my Christmas break went, I said it was Ok. She asked if it was just Ok. I said yeah, I couldn't see anyone or do anything, and no one had any "time". She said she was sorry and that this semester should be good...

We'll see about this...one thing I have learned. "Keep friends close, but keep your enemies closer."

Sorry just had to start with that. What is that? It is the Opening Credits for a past season of Survivor...Season 13 I believe, (One of my favorite seasons...Yul was the MAN!) Anyway, I put that on in honor of Survivor 16, Fans Vs. Favorites. This will be a season to watch...any survivor season is a season to watch. In two years, I will be Signing up. It is my dream and has been for 7 years now, to be on that show one day.
